At regpu, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@regpu.store. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Warranty
All GPUs sold by REGPU come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
What the warranty covers:
- Hardware failure under normal use
- Defects not caused by the buyer
What the warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical damage caused by the buyer (drops, liquid damage, bent pins)
- Damage from overclocking, voltage modification, or improper installation
- Mining use after purchase
- Normal wear and tear
How to make a warranty claim: Contact us at support@regpu.store or call +44 7874 495680 within the warranty period. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will diagnose the fault and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Warranty claims must be initiated before the 12-month period expires from the date of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
